Here are instructions for both Factory Sharpening and Factory Repair

For Sharpening:

Follow these 5 easy steps and you'll have it back like brand new in no time...

1) Wrap the blades in newspaper OR paper towel and place them in an old shoebox OR cardboard box that is also padded with old newspaper or bubble wrap. (note: cereal boxes are too thin)

2) Include a note inside listing all of the items in the package along with instructions to please sharpen or fix the pieces included. Be sure to also include your name, return address, phone #, & email address - the factory will usually let you know when they receive it. Also include a check inside the box payable to Cutco for...

$11 (if 5 or less) items$13 (for 6 - 10) items

$15 (for 11-25) items

$18 (for 26-40) items

to cover the return shipping.

Click the link below to download a Service Request Form that you can print out and put into the box instead of a random note, so you can put all the information listed above to make the process easier. :) (Note: Both the note mentioned above listing all the items or the service request form work if you don't have a printer handy or time to print)

3) Ship the package to the address below. It's a good idea to insure the package.

4) Wait patiently for 2-3 weeks for the package to return to you containing your CUTCO, which should look & work like NEW!

5) Let me know once you receive it so that we can be sure you were taken care of properly.
